I just noticed at the end of the day the past 2 nights, my ankles/top of my feet are a little swollen. Is this something I should be concerned about, especially since it's happening so early? I have a desk job so I'm barely on my feet all day, and the only thing I can think of that I've changed is that I'm finally feeling well enough to go for a 20 minute walk every day this week. Any thoughts/tips/etc??? Thanks, ladies!

Re: 18 weeks and swollen ankles already?!
I was surprised that I had swollen ankles at 19 weeks.
I mentioned it to my midwife and she said not to worry as long as it was mild to moderate swelling and it was only hands and feet.
I have a desk job too and set up a little foot stoll thing under my desk, basically a storage box with a pillow on top and I've found that made all the difference. I try and sit with my feet up as much as possible when at my desk.
In terms of walking, I read online that this can really help, so I'd keep that up if you can.
