  My favorite gift right now would be a spa gift certificate. If you know what kind of spa services your cousin would like, you could choose something like a pedicure or pregnancy massage. Otherwise, just give one for $50 or whatever you decide to spend. I can't imagine a pregnant woman who would not enjoy some sort of spa service!

  I was going to suggest a spa GC too, and/or some really nice chocolates  

  I wouldn't get anything baby related.  She'll get enough of that for her own shower.
