Pregnant after IF

Movement Maybe?

I hate to get my hopes up... because I keep waiting for that "popcorn" feeling.

But today I'm sitting at my desk and felt like a muscle spasm down real low... but inside my tummy, not where you'd feel the muscles. I have to only assume this was baby saying "Hi Mom, Have no fear, I'm still here!"  And that was it, that one time only.

And I already ruled out gas, and indegestion. With having had gastric bypass surgery 6 years ago, believe me, I know what that feels like.

So I'm celebrating today, even if it really wasn't the baby :)

Baby N conceived after 1 miscarriage and more than 2 years of TTC. Diagnosis was low sperm count. We found success after 3 months of anastrozole to increase DH's testosterone and one IUI.

  • Yep, that's about what it felt like. And I felt it for the first time at 17 weeks.  It's really subtle at first, like little flutters or bubbles.  Hurray!!

  • That's exactly what it felt like for me! I didn't put it together until weeks later. Awww your LO was saying "hi"!! So sweet :)

  • It just might have been baby saying hi!  The first time I felt anything I didn't know if that was it or not, but later on I could look back and say yep, that was baby!  Congrats!  :)

  • That's what it felt like for me to, and around 17weeks as well. It took me a while to figure out if that's really what it was, now there is no mistaking it. Congrats!
