Carpal Tunnel ladies

It's been 1 week since I gave birth and my carpal tunnel is still as bad as it was when I was pregnant. Does anyone have experience with this? I would love for it to go away now :)

Re: Carpal Tunnel ladies

  • Well it has been 2.5 weeks for me and I am now starting to notice improvement. It is still not totally gone but my arms no longer go numb at night and I don't wake up with my hands being near as stiff as they were before.

Thank you!! This is so encouraging. I hate not being able to really 'feel' my LO.
  • It's been two weeks for me and sadly my carpal tunnel is worse than it ever was the entire time I was pregnant. I'm praying for relief soon!

  • I haven't had my LO yet, but I've been dealing with CT throughout the pregnancy. I find sleeping with my brace and with my arms up on pillows really helps. I hope you ladies get some relief soon!

  • I read that it can last up to a month post partum.

  • I'm still pregnant, but my dr. said it'll get worse after the baby's born before it gets better.  BLAH.  I was SO looking forward to getting rid of it asap.
