Had an appt today and the Dr expected him to be head down. He said "most" babies at this point are head down but I shouldn't be concerned. He said if he's not head down by 34 weeks, then they will have to talk options.
Options? What options? Well I either plan a C Section or I can have an aversion in which they try to turn the baby manually.
uh, I hope this boy turns on his own before my next appt.
Re: My Little Guy is Breech
O no!
Im sure there are some things you could try to get LO to turn on his own. Im sure a Google search would yield a bunch of ideas.
Here's to hoping he turns all on his own!

There is a lot that can be done. There are many exercises and positions you can practice to encourage the baby to rotate. Chiropractic care, specifically the webster technique, can loosen ligaments so that the uterus is shaped such that the baby has room to move. Acupuncture can help. Hypnosis can help. A doctor can do a version. There is lots. The spinning babies website has lots of info.

My little guy has always been breech. I know he still has time, but it makes me wonder if he enjoys it that way.
You still have time, sweetie, don't worry about it. Sending baby tons of turning vibes!
