When you went dairy-free, did your immune system take a nose dive? I've been DF for three months and two weeks now. I'm still taking prenatals religiously, and take calcium supplements when I remember (which, honestly, isn't terribly often). Otherwise, I eat a fairly balanced diet. Originally, I chalked up all my getting sick to DD starting day care, but over the last month, I've continued to get a virus of some sort at least every other week, where DH has been healthy since the beginning of July. Not fair. Just thought I'd see if maybe cutting dairy could be contributing to my immune system's unwillingness to do its job.
