Rave for Pumpin Pals customer service

I've been using this handsfree pump strap for pumping for both kids. I love it because it's inexpensive and easy to put on regardless of what shirt you are wearing. It's not like one of those pumping bras where you have to take off your shirt because it just hangs around your neck.

Anyway, I recently lost the little black rubber pieces that hold part of it in place so I emailed the company to see if they would send me just those pieces. I told them that they could invoice me for whatever it cost through PayPal. Within a few hours, I got an email back saying that they would send me a whole new pump strap free of charge.

I am so happy when companies provide such great customer service so I wanted to post a rave and also let other mom's know about this product if you haven't heard of it already. I don't have any connection to the company other than being a happy customer.

    I EPed for DS1 for a year and other EPers recommended pumpin pals.  I had trouble getting a good fit and the company sent me various sizes to try and did not charge me any extra for the other sizes they sent.  Awesome service!
