1. I had a salad for lunch that had lettuce, carrots, tomato, and cucumbers in it. I had a nectarine for a snack and one of those steamer bags of veggies (carrots, broccoli, and peppers) for dinner.
2. I felt like a lump of lazy yesterday and did not get a workout in. I woke up sick today, so I don't feel too bad about my lumpiness or laziness.
I am working on the drinking. If I start gulping like I'm at a kegger my coworkers might think I have something wrong with me.

1. I had raisins and an apple for my fruit and there were carrots, red bell peppers, and celery in the pot roast I made for dinner. There were also onions and potatoes but I tried to stay away from the potatoes.
2. I did level 2 of 30DS and I tried to go for a walk but it was just to hot for Emalyn so I did another workout video on Netflix. I'm super sore today too and really excited about it!
I have water sitting right in front of me waiting to be drank. I'll drink it now I guess. I suck at drinking water.

1. I had some baby carrots and some cherries as snacks yesterday and some green peppers in the calzones I made for dinner (does that offset all the dough, cheese, and pepperoni? Haha)
2. Went to the gym yesterday and did some weight machines and some ab work.
Thanks for the water challenge. I am really trying to uP my water consumption, but I really dont LIKE water all that much, so if I didnt read this post I probably wouldn't have had another glass before going to bed.

1. I had a banana at breakfast and an orange for snack. Also had some baby carrots for snack, and green bell peppers with dinner! Woo!
2. I got on the bike, but then DH called and I stopped. I only got maybe 5 minutes in, instead of 30.

2. I went for an hour and a half walk/run with Jay. Then did 100 crunchs.
