  As far as I've ever heard, there wouldn't be a problem with tofu.

  Yay thanks guys! I've been eating super healthy, but these all of a sudden sound amazing. Nothing else sounds good. Hopefully I can keep them down!

  Really?? Why on earth wouldn't you be able to eat tofu? What would millions of pg vegetarians do? Tofu is simply soy, which is in practically everything you eat nowadays. It's not some rare substance. Jack in the Box tacos have soy in them, but are made with beef also fwiw.

  I was asked at DS's wic appointment today if we ever ate uncooked tofu, so maybe it it's something about uncooked tofu that's bad.
