Clicky POLL: How did you get PAIF?

I know that many have had more than one BFP, but for the purposes of this poll, please share how you got your first BFP.  Or choose "SS" if you prefer.  

I'll share the results on 3TC and IF -- maybe it will inspire those of us who are still trying.

    I voted for IVF but technically this pregnancy is from a FET.
    Beautiful Miracle Baby lost at 21 weeks due to pre-term labor and incompetent cervix. FET#1 BFN, FET#2 BFP, early loss. FET#3 BFN. IVF#2 BFFN.     5 REs + 3 surgical hysteroscopies for septum/lap + 3 failed IUIs
    IVF w/ICSI/AH & acu = BFP!, unexplained spontaneous m/c @ 8w2d (our little girl),
    FET w/acu = BFP!, B/G twins!, lost MP @19w, dx w/funneling cervix @20w,
    twins nearly lost to IC @21w, saved by rescue cerclage, 17P & 16w of bedrest
    Our twins born @36w4d via CS when A came foot first

    Thankful for every day

    Oral meds+injectables+IUI
    TTC #1 since 02/09 Dx: Unexplained infertility After a hysteroscopy and D&C in 4/10, 3 rounds of Clomid (and one round of Femara for good measure), and acupuncture for 5 months, I got my first BFP after my first round of IUI with Femara and injectables. I am blessed. Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    Had to vote for "other" because although I had taken Clomid, I had 2 follie checks which both showed insignificant progress, but according to how the baby measured in my last u/s, I must have ovulated almost exactly a week after that 2nd failed follie check.  So Clomid probably did have something to do with it, but the TI part wasn't intentional!
    On a TTC journey since March 2010 that is making me more appreciative of life and love. 7/20 -- Surprise phone call from RE after lap pre-op appt-- BFP! 8/5 -- Ultrasound #1 8/12 -- Ultrasound #2 Pregnancy Ticker My Imperfect Pursuit of Gardening

    We were probably just qualifying for IF...15 mos trying, stage iii endo, mild MFI, about to move to Femara/trigger/IUI.

    We were surprised with a pregnancy on a TTA cycle. Embarrassed Still not sure how that one happened...but I'll take our little miracle!
