Twins who DONT look alike?

Anyone with same sex twins who dont look alike? My boys certainly dont need a test to confirm they are frat. One is blond and blue eyed and the other has brown hair and eyes...i feel like im the only one around here not rushing out to buy a test!

Me! Dh and I are a bi racial couple and our kids don't even look like they belong in the same race. They also have different blood types. Oh yeah, and we also transferred 3 embies. So I'm going to go out on a limb and say they are frat

I think it was one of our MoMs here that won the "twin who look least alike" contest in twinsburg a few weeks ago with her G/G twins.

A looks just like daddy, reddish blond peach fuzz hair and light skin. B looks just like me, a head of brown hair, more olive skin color and all the polynesian/asian traits. I sometimes wonder if they even look related! So, we each have our own little mini-me's.

My girls dont alike at all. Lauryn has a couple inches and pounds on Ava. Their hair color and eye color are similar but that is about it. Their face shape is completely different. I dont even think they look like sisters.

It's still very early but my girls do not look alike at all! I'm curious to see if they start to look more alike as they get older.

I have twin cousins that are 6 and they look nothing alike. One is blonde with blue eyes and the other dark hair and brown eyes. The blonde one is also 5 in taller than the darker haired one so most people assume they are a year apart, if even brothers!!! One of my coworkers has twin girls who look nothing alike, just like my cousins. One of my students last year had twin sisters who looked nothing alike at all! The only reason I knew they were sisters was because they wore matching outfits the day I saw them! THere are tons of twins who look nothing alike!! I think my girls look similar, but not ID like every one else thinks!!

Me! I have a blonde with straight hair and brunette with curly hair! The blonde is very fair and brunette has olive skin tone. They both have big blue eyes, but DH and I have the same color eyes so that was the only choice!

Even from the u/s, they looked so different with face shapes, one having tons of hair and the other none, ect.. we weren't too surprised when they were born. They are so different!

No test needed here either! My boys have the same coloring as your kids. And they have two totally different body types (weight and height)

On the flip side, I find it really interesting to meet frat twins who pratically look identical. I have a friend who is a twin and she and her sister look SO much a like I just assumed they were ID. But nope! I was shocked! haha

Mine don't look alike at all. You really can't see their faces too much on my siggy pic, but you can probably tell one is darker skin, brown hair, brown eyes and over a pound smaller. The other is lighter skin, blonde hair, blue eyes and over a pound bigger than her sister. Everyone says the darker one is a mini-me and the lighter one is a mini version of my DH.

I always think jalaiaa's boys look adorably different. If my DS1 ever gets hair, I think they'll end up being blonde/brunette different like hers.

Right now, I'd say mine look very similar with blank expressions. (Although DS2's fuzzy hair and spot make them easy to tell apart.) Once they start moving and smiling, their eye shape and mouths are nothing alike.

me!!! ava has blonde hair and blue eyes and looks just like her mommy....and milina has brownish hair, brown eyes just like her daddy...their body shapes and face shapes are completely different - aside from the curls/waves they don't look at all alike...its craziness! and they have different blood types too...

My girls look nothing alike. Ashley has brown hair, brown eyes, and olive skin tone like my DH. Sydney has blondish hair, blue eyes, and fair skin like me. Ashley already has about 2 pounds on Sydney as well.

Yep! My boys do both have blue eyes (though different shades) but one has blond hair and the other has dark brown hair. Their faces are pretty different, and their body types are somewhat different. I've even been asked a few times, "Are you sure they're twins?" :P

My husband and I are a bi-racial couple and one boy looks just like him and the other looks like he is from my side of the family. Not only in the face, but body type, etc.

Whenever I see the 'are they identical' posts (which are very cool by the way!) I'm always tempted to post the same thing for the reaction. My boys look nothing alike!

My guys look like brothers but don't look alike to me. Their personalities are pretty opposite as well.

We are doing zygosity testing, just to be certain, but I'm 99.9% sure they're frat.

Yeah, my girls don't look like sisters, much less like twins. Hair, eye color, body shape, height, weight...they literally have no characteristics that they share!

They both like to stick out their tongues, though.

mine are total opposites

one big/tall, one small/thin

one blonde/brown eyes, one brown hair/blue eyes

one looks like DH, one looks like me.

they act totally different, and are opposites with almost everything- it's pretty amazing!

See siggy pic below:) DH and I are also a bi-racial couple. Harper has more of my coloring, but looks more like DH. Tannah looks exactly like me as a baby, but with DH's coloring and slightly more almond-shaped eyes. It cracks me up when people ask me if they are identical. I also had one FB friend who posted the following, "Hey, are they fraternal because I can tell them apart!" I wanted to respond, "I'm very impressed that you can see the differences in two babies sitting right next to each other who look absolutely nothing alike"!

My boys barely look like brothers, let alone twins! Although now when I look at newborn pics of them, they definitely looked a lot more alike when they were tiny. Henry looks a lot like me, and has a head full of straight blond hair, whereas Joey looks JUST like DH and is definitely going to have wavy/curly brown hair. And Henry has chubby cheeks and Joey's got a very slim face. And Joey is about an inch and a half taller than H!

I don't think my girls look alike at.all, but I get asked a lot if they're identical. They have different eye colors, nose shapes, face shape... I've never considered testing. Also, I transferred 3 embies, and I'm pretty sure all just stuck around

Take a look at my siggy. One blond and one brunette here. Mine also have different eye color. When we are out together, I am often asked if they are cousins and how close in age they are. They looked similar when they were newborns (no way ID, but more alike), now the older they get the more and more they don't even look like siblings.
