Anyone here 7-8 months PG?

How are you feeling?  Ive been getting tired lately---mainly just taking care of DS all day and keeping up with household stuff.  When I say tired btw, I dont mean sleepy so much as just pooped.  Anyone else?

  • You're not alone. I have zero energy by dinner time. Just running around after my little all day is exhausting. This pregnancy has definitely been a lot harder on me than my first.

  • I hear ya, having a toddler while being pregnant is so hard.  Much harder than I expected.  My patience for tantrums and the constant battles has gone to zero too.  We are getting close!  I find that if I try to do the normal chores and housework while my DS naps like I used to, then I am exhausted by about 7pm.  I have to put my feet up and relax when he naps and it helps make the afternoons more bareable.  Good luck!

  • I take lots of breaks.  I can't do things straight through anymore without needing to rest.

Laundry is challenging...heck, everything is challenging.

Especially if I try to work a day or two at the clinic, then add all my other household responsibilities and taking care of my super active 21 month old...wow, its tiring.

When I was pregnant with Caro, I wasn't working, and I pretty much was a bump on the couch when I wasn't foraging in the refrigerator.  Now, there's no laying on the couch...and with GD, there isn't much foraging in the fridge.

I ADORE some parts of pregnancy, but I won't be sad to see my c-section date arrive.  Above it all, I'm just thankful for a healthy baby and I can't wait to meet him ;)

  • This pregnancy has been much harder on me.  Don't know if it's b/c it's a girl or what, but w/DS it was awesome.  This time around, not so much.  And it's not b/c I have a toddler now.  I'm just always tired, can't sleep, have no energy.  We also just moved and plan a kitchen remodel in th next few weeks and I am not looking forward to it, just want it to be done already.  I totally get why some woman want their babies to come early now.  I want DD to bake as long as possible, but I wouldn't mind if she were a few weeks early, I am so uncomfortable.
