I am taking it as well. It was recommended to me since I had two previous m/s. It is supposed to help thin the blood and pass nutrients from mom to baby. Hoping it helps!
Regular dose aspirin is a no no, but baby aspirin is okay in this case.
It was recommended to me because of my previous loss. My doctor said there is no danger in my case in taking it, and the possibility that it could help is a plus.

You should only be taking a baby aspirin if you're directed by your OB to take one. It is a blood thinner and like many things during pregnancy you have to weigh the risks vs. benefits. I"m taking a baby aspirin and Lovenox injections for APLS.

This exactly. My doctor told me to take one a day. We lost our son at 22weeks, and they haven't been able to find a reason why. They said it could be because of cord blood, but not sure. He said that taking one a day would thin the blood. He said it can't hurt to do it, and it may help. So I'm taking that with my prenatal every day.
I am taking it. My RE prescribed it to thin the blood and assist with implantation. I will stop taking it after the first trimester. I took it with my twins as well since I did ivf.
Thanks Girls! I have been on it for over a year while we ttc'd and I am still taking it now. I think I will probably stop after the first trimester. Thanks so much for all your speedy responses! Just wanted to make sure that others felt that it was safe as well

Re: Anyone taking baby asprin?
I was under the impression that you shouldn't take it unless the doctor specifically advised you to.
But I could be wrong.
I never heard of this until I got to this board.
What is it for?

Yeah, sounds dangerous unless there's a specific medical need.
Seems like it's only advised to women who have been TTC for a while (because of specific medical needs).
