Holy Cow Jillian!

I purchased a pack of three DVD's from Jillian Michaels. Today I did the Ban Fat and Boost Metabolism (or something like that) and could barely get through the first 15 minutes, and it's a 40 minute workout!! I didn't realize I was so out of shape. This coming from an ex personal trainer Stick out tongue I've got some work to do...

  • Good for you! I was a personal trainer, and my DH thinks I'm crazy that I want to hire one after LOs are here because "I should just hire myself" ...I'm like you don't understand I know WHAT to do its just I need someone to motivate me to go harder than I push myself...

  • I have that and it used to be in the regular rotation. I prefer doing almost anything besides that DVD. Although, I'm not a trainer, I've always been active, worked out 6x/week, and an avid runner. It's a challenge. I would especially have a hard time on one of the ab sets. Can't remember which one it was now. Keep it up. Good luck Wink

    actually for light to moderate exercise, i've become a big fan of just dance 2 for wii. i feel like it sounds a little juvenile, but i LOVE it. have any of you tried it? its not boring or monotonous, you basically choose how hard you wanna work for each song. i put it on shuffle and just go until i can't. its a great workout and i ALWAYS end up sweating after the first song
