I purchased a pack of three DVD's from Jillian Michaels. Today I did the Ban Fat and Boost Metabolism (or something like that) and could barely get through the first 15 minutes, and it's a 40 minute workout!! I didn't realize I was so out of shape. This coming from an ex personal trainer

i tried the whatever shredder. yeah, i tried....
actually for light to moderate exercise, i've become a big fan of just dance 2 for wii. i feel like it sounds a little juvenile, but i LOVE it. have any of you tried it? its not boring or monotonous, you basically choose how hard you wanna work for each song. i put it on shuffle and just go until i can't. its a great workout and i ALWAYS end up sweating after the first song
