Clicky-Poll: OB vs. MW

My practice has both and I'm not sure if it's just from all the IF stuff, but I kind of like it better when I see an actual doc.

So, I was just wondering which everyone else sees/prefers.

    I voted for special snowflake because I see neither.  I'm seeing a perinatologist and have yet to meet with a regular OB.  I guess I'll need to find one for after the baby is born.  
    Beautiful Miracle Baby lost at 21 weeks due to pre-term labor and incompetent cervix. FET#1 BFN, FET#2 BFP, early loss. FET#3 BFN. IVF#2 BFFN.     I voted "OB b/c that's all there is in the practice I go to" however I also see an MFM so I'm currently under the care of 2 Dr's.

    OB = Every 4 weeks (now its every 2 weeks since hitting week 30)

    MFM = Was every week starting at week 15 and then every 2 weeks starting week 22

    IUI#1 - 05/20/08 = BFP! M/C - 14 weeks :( baby girl
    IUI#2 - 01/07/09 = BFP!!! Twins!! Pre-term labor 20 weeks :( lost twin girls
    IUI#3 - 1/31/10 = BFP!!!! M/C - 8wks :( again
    IVF #1 - 7/2010 = c/p
    FET - 9/2010 = another c/p
    IUI#4 - 2/14/11 = BFP!

    I voted #2, but there aren't any MW in the practice.  With IF and twins, I'm w/a high risk OB all the way...

    5 REs + 3 surgical hysteroscopies for septum/lap + 3 failed IUIs
    IVF w/ICSI/AH & acu = BFP!, unexplained spontaneous m/c @ 8w2d (our little girl),
    FET w/acu = BFP!, B/G twins!, lost MP @19w, dx w/funneling cervix @20w,
    twins nearly lost to IC @21w, saved by rescue cerclage, 17P & 16w of bedrest
    Our twins born @36w4d via CS when A came foot first

    Thankful for every day

    I voted OB b/c that's all there is in the practice I go to, but honestly I never considered a MW as an option.  I really prefer to see a doctor so it wouldn't matter if there were MWs in the practice or not, I would always opt to see an actual doctor.
