I started Couch to 5K in February and have been running about 9 miles a week since May or so. I was a total slug whenI was pregnant with Jason and I payed the price with a lot of bodyaches. So what's your plan?
I also started C25K in May, but had only made it to ~ week 4 (I wasn't really timing after week 1, just adding a bit more distance periodically). If I had been running indoors, I would probably still be doing it, but I stopped because it's too hot and I hate the gym. I'm going to talk to my doctor about picking it back up again when the weather cools off some.. although that will probably mean starting all over.
I gave up running completely when I found out I was pregnant with DD, but plan to stay as active as possible this time around. I'm reallly trying to run my usual 4-5 times a week. Once the winter hits, I will probably add yoga into the mix...I'm not a big fan of the treadmill.
My OB is a runner herself, and she said it was perfectly fine to continue training for my half in Oct (I will be 15w2d on race day). She told me to listen to my body and that if I felt like I was overdoing it, I probably was. She said if I was gasping for breath, my baby wouldn't be getting oxygen either. So far I haven't noticed any problems continuing my running schedule. I'm sure as the weeks progress I will have to cut back on pushing myself so hard with speed work and such, but for now, I'm going to keep on trucking! I will do the half in October, even if I have to run/walk it (unless any complications arise).
I'm so impressed by you ladies! I run half-marathons, but I've been so exhausted these past few weeks that I'm proud to just make it to the gym and do 45-minute stints on the elliptical. Keep up the great work!

I just started doing the C25K on a Monday, then got my BFP on Friday. I am going to continue as long as I feel able.
I used to be athletic, but got lazy when I got pg with DD. I really don't want that to happen again.
My motto is just to listen to your body.
Agreed. And my body keeps saying, 'Wouldn't a nap be lovely?'
Then you better listen
