Bellyrama is about kids too! Stay and enjoy 1/2 hour Family yoga class. Join Adventures of Super Stretch at 10:30am-11am after 2nd ANNUAL Blooma BELLYRAMA at Lake Harriet Band Shell.

 

Breathe, Stretch, Play and make NAMASTE a part of your day! Super Stretch will guide you on an imaginative fitness journey, teaching you how to breathe and move, so you can become SUPER from the inside out.

 

This class is a wonderful chance for parents and kids to experience the fun, relaxation, and connection of yoga together. No experience necessary. The class is filled with movement, love and laughter for parents, care providers and their kiddos, ages 2 and up. Watch as the coordination of your child's growing body, mind, and personality are enhanced with yoga games, yoga poses and breath exercises. Fun for the whole family!
