  BTW -- I keep meaning to ask you this. What lens / flash are you using in the pics on your blog? It looks like natural lighting but sometimes I think you're using an external flash, bouncing off the ceiling/walls. Either way, I love the way your pics turn out and I highly doubt you're editing all of those pics before you post them. Share your secret!!! I have a speedlight, but I'm in the market for a new lens for my Nikon....

  You're right - I don't edit my pics (well, every now & then I will). I use my Canon Rebel XS and usually the 30 mm lens - though I also like the cheapo 50 mm lens. If we're inside, I'm usually using my speedlite.
