Almost 3 Years Later....

And dh has a job.

Thank.Freaking.God.

Now, to add to the complications, it is with a big company here in Atlanta (one I have mentioned on here before), and they have told him it is a yes, but haven't told him when he will start, salary, or anything, and he may not hear for a week or more.

And even more complicated? He interviewed for a different position there via phone on Friday and *may* be offered that one as well. And has an interview with another big Atlanta company on Wednesday. I guess when it rains it pours?

Sending lots of job vibes to everyone on here who needs them! And, still keeping our fingers crossed until we have the actual info in front of us. But for now? We are pretty relieved.

Thanks to everyone for listening over the last 3 years as I have vented about this!

Thank you! I am trying not to get too excited until we have the details, because I just fear (after everything that has happened in his job search) that something will happen. But for now we will be happy!

That happened to DH, too, where he heard nothing for a while and then ended up with 3 offers at once! It's great to have choices but stressful, nonetheless, trying to get all of the details and info coordinated in time to make decisions. Good luck!

It is! That is good to know, it seemed kind of crazy that the guy was like 'You got it but I can't tell you details yet, could be a week or more'. There are several departments that are hiring the same position so he has to see which department he is going into I guess!
