When pregnant with my son I, for the most part, ate very healthy. With this pregnancy all I crave is junk. I am trying my best but it seems so hard to stomach anything healthy. Any advice? Will this change as time goes on?

Re: Wanting to eat Healthy... but bad cravings
I'm in the same boat! I ate very healthy and worked out through out my first pregnancy and with this second pregnancy I crave what I call junk food.
What I've done that has seemed to help is have a large variety of fruit and veggies in the house and very little junk food. My son is 12 mo. so I have snack food for him like Gold Fish, Granola bars and yogurt. If I keep it out of the house I can't eat it.
Also I kinda think it wasn't that I wanted chips but it was the salt that I was craving so I got peanut snacks or if it was chocolate I was craving then I bought chocolate pudding or yogurts. Stuff like that has seemed to help me out alot!
Have you found any tricks?
I personally found that the cravings for junk are getting better, and the less just I eat, the more they go away. Hope this helps.
