Since I have to stop losing weight now I thought it would be a good time to share my weight loss journey. The first pic is from my SIL's wedding when I was about 197lbs and the second is from last week at around 157lbs. I accomplished this through starting running in February with the Couch to 5K plan and keeping a food and exercise diary on www.myfitnesspal.com. Also running PAL BL was great motivation because I didn't want to look bad in front of all of you and your success was also motivating. I figured since I know a lot of your weights, I'll share mine, it's only fair
