Wall Letters: I got the letters from Hobby Lobby and then put scrapbooking paper on them.

I bought the lamp from a local baby store. Pretty lamps in the right size for a nursery sure are hard to find! Although, Target does sell one online that I liked. It's the shabby chic lamp...there are 2 sizes, I think.
