I have severe lower back pain and pelvic pain. Anyone else with this? It hurts to move and getting out of a bed/chair/couch hurts so bad it is excruciating. My doctor keeps telling me it is normal but I dont see how this much pain can be normal.
::Sighs:: I cant wait to have this baby.

Re: Anyone else in severe pain?
Yes. All the time. This is not my favorite month of pregnancy!

I was just getting ready to post about this! I've been having pelvic pain that started very gradual the other day, and last night when I got up to pee I could barely walk. It's more on my right side, and laying down helps, but walking is very uncomfortable. I've done some google searches, and it sounds like it's normal when the baby drops the head separates your pubic bones. I'm not sure why I'm just feeling it on my right side, though. I'm 34w1day. Any FTM out there know if this means you are closer to labor?

Try some of these prenatal yoga moves. My favorite is the cat-cow stretch because it takes the weight of the baby off your lower back.
