  #1, though the only Hailey I know spells it Hayley.  I noticed they had the #3 spelling in the PBK catalogue which was interesting. I pronounce #1 and #3 differently than #2. I guess it depends on how you want it pronounced.

  everyone I have met has been spelled Haley, but Hailey is good too.
