So DD is 10months old. I am having a hard time with losing the baby weight! I have lost about 10lbs, and that came off within a couple of months. So I have been holding on to the rest for awhile. Between work and DD I don't have a lot of time to work out and find myself grabing whatever is close and fast.
What has helped you?
Re: Hard time...
I had a hard time too, and I am a SAHM with a husband with a flexible work schedule! So I had no excuses.
When I finally buckled down, I scheduled my exercise (like I would any work meeting pre DD). If you can even sneak in a walk or a quick workout at lunch break, that's a start. Or take DD for a walk in the stroller after work. Add in some strength training when you feel up for it. I used to incorporate DD into my workouts--I'd lie on the floor and lift her up, or put her on my shins and do reverse crunches. I'd do pushups with her right next to me. She loved it.
I also bought precut veggies and fruits for easy snacking, or I chopped them after shopping so that they were ready to grab. I'd load up sandwiches with veggies, or sub chips with veggies for snacking.
