So, i've given my little girl every chance to come on her own terms. Tomorrow will be 42 weeks and, as much fun as waiting around for 14 days has been (insert sarcasm here ;-), it looks like we're going through the induction tomorrow. This little girl has been STUBBORN - nothing has changed today so i don't think that she will suddenly decide to come on her own. Consider my birth plan blown to smithereens and trying on a new frame of mind - one way or another, i'll finally meet this little girl tomorrow or the following day!

Hope you overdue mamas are hanging in there! I know it's hard but at least all of us have an endpoint to look forward to! Good luck to all of you ladies out there still waiting.

Congrats! I'm glad you have an end in sight!! I was having contractions today during my NST (9 mins apart...but not painful) then DH and I visit my g'ma and go out for lunch and they were getting painful!! I was thinking "holy cow! Here we go!" I get home and I give birth to a beautiful... poo baby

contractions stop...cramps stop. Damn it. At my apt I'm not even dialated yet. Hope you have a great induction experience!!!!!

Aww, man! Sorry to hear that your birthplan is changing (and not necess of your own doing) -- I'm beginning to wonder if the same thing will happen to me.

Well even though your birth plan has to change at least your day has come. Like you said she is just being stubborn so enough is enough. I am trying not to induce either but at 42 weeks it comes to the point of it is not good for her to be in there anymore with the placenta running out of it's strength. Time's up little girl! Come out. Best of luck tomorrow! Can't wait for pics and an update.
