For those of us on WW- can you suggest what snacks you turn to that get you through the days?

  • I love crunchy stuff so carrots and apples are GREAT for me.  But I also love WW string cheese.  Yum.

  • I have to agree with pp, the WW string cheese is REALLY good. It is better than Kraft or other popular brands to me. I also eat gold fish as a quick snack but make sure you measure out the suggested serving size.

  • String cheese for sure. Also almonds (the flavored ones are great) and light popcorn. The Wise lite buttered popcorn is delish!

  • Quaker oatmeal bars. They're only 3 points and super tasty. I'm also a big fan of fruit since it's free.

  • I haven't done the new program, but I loved popcorn, cucumber, grapes, and the ww chocolate cakes. anything crunchy and free is good!

  • i haven't done the new program yet either. but pre-pregnancy when I did WW i loved apples & peanut butter, string cheese, also i think the brand is Jiffy Pop but i'm not sure, but it's 100 calorie serving mini bags of popcorn (on the old program they were only one point)

  • I have been having a lot of fruit. I also like to snack on WW string cheese, popcorn and pretzels
  • Fiber one 90 calorie brownies. Thay are yummy and only 2 points!

     Before I got pg I was on WW and loved laughing cow cheese on 5 melba rounds or on carrots.  I stopped just as the new points system came out so I'm not sure how many points it is.  But it used to only be 2 points for both. 

     


  • Sweet potato chips tortilla chips (one serving is 3 points) with salsa, fruit, fat free yogurt, string cheese, popcorn
