XP: Shooting pains in cervix?

I posted this on my BMB but maybe you guys have some ideas? TIA!

Like I'm not worried and stressed out enough...fvck! Has anyone else felt this? Last night I felt a single pinch in my cervix but just now I felt like sharp, stabbing pains in my cervix. It lasted maybe about 15 seconds accompanied with a few twinges in my uterus. I'm so frustrated, I want to be happy and positive about being pregnant and all I am is constantly worried, nervous, and afraid. It sucks that due to IF I just can't kick back and trust my body to do what it's supposed to.

Cycle 11 - Clomid 100mg + Follistim + hCg trigger + IUI= BFP!
