If I need it right away, I get it from Costco or Wal Mart. Costco is cheaper, and Wal Mart's quality has been surprisingly good. I got a print from CVS the other day - wasn't great, but it was free and the pic was lower rez so I didn't have high expectations.
Online, mpix is the best. I like winkflash too for large quantities (like x-mas pics), but I've found their shipping is kind of slow.
I just started with mplx. I was on Snapfish before and I don't recommend it. Costs less than half of mpix but of course you get what you pay for (hopefully). I would use Costco too if their website was easier to use. Maybe I'm missing something but I could only upload one photo at a time. That won't work for me unless it's an enlargement of one or two photos.

I use a variety of pro labs depending on the product, but I recommend mpix all the time. It's the only non-pro lab that I know of that color manages their printing.
