Quick question about shower favors....

My shower has come and gone...I only ordered enough favors for the people which rsvp'd they were coming + a few more...

the question is my MIL is asking for extra favors for her family who didnt come but sent a gift with her....

I am annoyed because I do have a few extras but would like to send them to the people I want...

Am I wrong to have only ordered for the people coming or is she wrong for asking for more?

    If they didn't come, too bad.  There is no obligation to send them a favor.

    If they sent a gift, all they are owed is a thank you note, not a favor...suprised MIL doesnt want to freeze some cake to send also lol
