Update: Going for an emergency u/s

I'm having bad right side pains. Going in now to see if it's the cyst or an eptopic pregnancy. I'm scared to death. DH is in Laredo and can't be here :-(

 

ETA:  First, thank you everyone.  I love you girls! Everything is perfect!  Well, with the baby.  I do have 2 small cysts on my right ovary, so they're assuming that is the problem.  Nothing to worry about though.  My mom was able to go with me.  

And we got pictures of the baby and it's heart beat!  Measuring exactly 6W6D which is what I thought I was.  I sent DH the pic and said "the blob is the baby." So now the baby's nickname is BB for Baby Blob :)
