I just don't think I'm ready for this one.... potty training...

Bernadette pooped on the potty tonight! I think it may be a fluke.. She started pooping after dinner and I caught her and said "oh.. let's go on the potty.." and she finished on the toilet ring!!!  She's only 20 months and has been regressing a bit lately with her new brother...

We're going to pick up some training pants and see how she does this weekend.  My husband is around until he goes back to work on Tuesday. We are not going to force it.. just see how it goes.  She usually tells us AFTER she goes.. but I think she knows when she needs to go.  We have a potty for her.. as well as a toilet ring.  I don't know if this will work considering her life has been turned upside down in the last 2 weeks.

    LUCKY!  I havevbeen tryingbto get D S interested in going on the potty since DD was born, and he is sooo not interested. which is perfectly normal for him. While I cannot offer advice, I can only wish you luck.

    I am thinking of starting this but wondered if it was too early? You have given me the motivation to do this. Potty will be purchased this week! Good luck!
