Anyone have a toddler duvet?

I got LO a toddler duvet cover at Restoration Hardware outlet today for a great deal but now I need the duvet filler. I know RH has them but I'm wondering if anywhere else sells decent ones that are perhaps less expensive.

what size is it? i got one from Ikea. not sure sure what sizes they have though.
