I was thinking about making some freezer meals for those busy first few weeks : ) Has anyone done this or do you know of any good recipes? I figured you could freeze many things, but I am unsure what would actually turn out ; )
I did chili, beef and noodles, stuffed shells and pasta sauce with meat balls. I also went to Trader Joe's and got a few of their freezer meals and the rice that you microwave for a minute. Also healthy snacks like nuts, dried fruit etc. It was nice to have plenty of food. My mom also came up and cooked for like three days.

I know a couple people on the Detroit Nestie board did this but I can't quite remember who or their screen names so that's not helping much.
But someone did recently post about this on my month board. A few people responded with receipes. There are also a LOT of blogs that pertain to this if you search around a little.
I always have meals in my freezer for when my little girl is sick or we are late getting home from dance practice.I learned all about the ins and outs of freezer meals from my friend Deanna. Their pans are so handy and affordable, and the software makes it easy for me to add my own recipes.

I'm interested in doing this too so let me know if you find any easy ones that work well!
Good Luck!
Here are some off the top of my head:
Enchiladas
Lasagna
mac and cheese
stuffed shells
baked ziti
I'll be doing a lot of what was mentioned above. We have a stand up freezer I plan to fill!
Here are a couple of blog posts that give tons of great ideas.
