Removed night light = STTN!

I had to share, just in case, by some small chance, this would work for anyone else struggling with getting their LO to STTN. Up until 2 weeks ago, our DD (6 months) would wake 1-2 times a night. The first time just to fuss, the second time to eat (around 3am). We tried everything, and then a friend said to remove our night light. Never would have considered that. She has STTN ever since (7p-6a).

Had to share, just in case it might work for you!

  • That is interesting. We actually just added a nightlight well a brighter one bc I worried DD was waking during the night and getting scared of the pitch black. Since we made the change she has sttn! To each his own!
