I have been on a gluten free diet since I was a small child due to me being allergic to gluten. Are there any supplements I need to take now that I am pregnant?
I'm GF as well. Honestly, as long as you're getting the nutrients you need from a prenatal and your regular diet, you should be fine. You're not missing anything by not having gluten in your diet, the biggest thing you need to increase is calcium.
The hardest part I had was with MS. Being GF and having MS limits you. Especially when GF crackers are so expensive! I ate tons of GF pretzels and now I can't stand them!

Im GF as well. Just like any other pregnant woman you'll need to eat a bit more of the major food groups - protein, veggies, fruits & grains. Our only difference is stayin away from gluten.
Did you have intestinal damage? I know I'm more prone to certain vitamin deficiencies. I thought getting my bloodwork every year made me "safe", but apparently my deficiencies are things that usually are not on the panel. I also did get anemia, but I have no idea if that was related.
The only thing I've heard is not specific to pregnancy - eating yogurt or other lactobacillus.

I'm pregnant and GF and I just avoid gluten and cross contamination and take my prenatals. I've been trying to eat healthy, but it's hard when all I'm craving is Ore Ida fries and ice cream!
