NBR: Wedding shower gift question

DH's cousin is having a wedding shower in two weeks in NC but she lives in GA. I know that she doesn't have a ton of room to bring stuff home so she has asked that things be delivered to her in GA. Fine, makes sense. But do I just show up to the shower without a gift?? Seems rude - maybe not given her request. Or make a little gift box with a card and a picture of what will be delivered.

I know some of you ran into a similar situation with baby showers. Thoughts?
