30 Day Shred

So I am almost through week 1 of 30 day shred.  If you have completed 30 day shred and had results, let me ask you this:

Did you move to level 2 before you were mastering the level 1 moves?  I am doing part of the level one moves at the advanced level and part of the moves I am doing on the beginner level.  Just wondering.

  • Ooh can't wait to hear the answers to this.  I'm in the same boat as you right now.  I still have to do the beginner pushups.  Total wuss with arm stuff Stick out tongue

  • Yeah, I moved on even though I was still doing "modified" pushups.  I think that the modifications don't nec. mean that you aren't fit enough to move on.  I don't know if I'll ever bit athletic or "fit" enough  not to modifiy level 2-holy moly it's a lot harder than L1!
