Anyone dealing with torticollis?

How severe is your LO's torticollis?  What type of stretches are you doing?

    YES!! We are dealing with it! Addi goes to the chiropractor 3xs a week, which has really really seemed to help, plus she goes to her PT once a week in addition to me doing her stretches at home. Which way is your LO leaning toward? I do alot of head positioning, boppy pillow exercises, and pulling down on her shoulder and stretching the neck at the same time. Also we switched EVERYTHING around...ex changing table, crib, to force her to turn her head to the left to see us. What exercises do you do?
