The last couple of days I've not been feeling good. Very fatigued, headaches, achey abdomen maybe some RLP and just plain like crying. My belly still disappears but I can feel it harden.
My next appointment is next week so I don't feel bad enough to go to my PP now. I'll just wait.Did you experience this with growth spurs, just regular pregnancy stuff or does it sound like I'm fighting a bug?

Re: Growth spur? Dr. PAIF :)
This is my first twin pregnancy and with it I have had the worst RLP ever! I had sharp pains only on one side then it would be on the other the next day. Granted they only lasted a few seconds to maybe a minute, but wanting to cry was an option. I asked my OB at my visit last week and she suggested a few things.
Get up and move for a few minutes, or change positions. And lastly empty your bladder. She said if it was really bad to take tylenol and get hydrated. She felt like it was temporary. I've tried all of these things and it has helped. Good Luck to you, but if it's really bad maybe a phone call to you PP will bring you more advise or even relief.
I had all those symptoms in early pregnancy. They weren't constant. I would have a few days of feeling really sore and then I would feel better. So, I really wouldn't worry about it. It all sounds completely normal! I still have days where I just feel super achy and uncomfortable...I think its just part of pregnancy.
Get some good sleep. In the first trimester I felt like all I did was sleep, but I needed it. Make sure you stay hydrated (drink lots of water)! And don't worry abut those house chores right now...just relax at home and know that you will get your energy back in the 2nd trimester.
