Still waiting, I would like to try it soon but I want to make sure I'm around for him all day so I have to plan my work schedule around it, which is completely lame.
Pedi told us that 12 months is fine if there's no family history of food allergies. 2 years is recommended if there's a family history present. I have several food allergies so we're waiting until DD's 2.

My pediatrician told me 2 years, but I posted this same question a few weeks ago, and everyone said 12 months. So I started giving her peanut butter a couple of weeks ago (15 months). She LOVES it!

Re: Peanut Butter-what age
This. We actually tried it today. No reaction...except that she didn't like it.

We still haven't tried it yet, just out of pure forgetfulness. DH and I don't eat it alot, so I just don't think about it usually.
He has had actual nuts, like cashews and almonds, so I'm not really worried about any allergies.
