I'm back.... :(
I got my BFP on July 8th folowed by good betas. On July 13th I started having bright red spotting for 6 days. I went in to my RE and everything was ok. We saw a sac at 5w5d. I was measuring 5w0d, my RE was not concerned and said that there was no blood in my uterine cavity. I went back the following week (6w5d) and we saw a heartbeat. My RE (which I was never fond of but had to use bc of my HMO) did not tell me what the heartbeat was. I was still measuring small-a week behind. He was not concerned at all and released me to my OB. Since I moved during the process I switched OBs. IN the meantime when I was 7 weeks 1 day I had severe chest pain that wouldnt stop. It was the worst pain I ever felt but no cramping or anything. I went to the ER and everything was ok but they wanted me to follow up with my OB. I had the same exact pain (last 45 minutes) 3 days later before I was able to get into my OB. The next day I went into my Obs office and they took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I couldnt believe it. I was so sad and shocked. This was exactly one week after I saw the heartbeat. My new OB did bloodwork and that came back negative. We are waiting on all of my paperwork from my RE so that he can figure out what is going on.
It has been a week and a half since this happened and I am finally able to post. This was my first FET. I had 1 IVF and that ended in an early miscarriage as well. Since I am trying to be positive, I am happy that I have a new OB that is sending me to a new RE once we get the paperwork. I am ready to move on and find some answers and finally have a RE who cares and is thorough.

March 2011: Diagnosed with PCOS
First cycle 3/11: 50mg Clomid = No response
Second cycle 4/11: 100mg Clomid = No response
Third cycle 5/11: 2.5mg Femara + 150IU FSH CD7 and 8 = Follies, but BFN
Fourth cycle 6/11: Femara + FSH again = Follies, but no ovulation and another BFN
Fifth cycle 7/11: Femara + FSH again = Wait and see!
