    You have been on my mind a lot lately.  The anniversaries and milestones are so so difficult, and getting through them isn't easy.  My experience has been that the anticipation is usually worse than the actual day, and I hope beyond hope that the same is true for you.

    I am so sorry to see that you have suffered another loss, especially so close to today.  

    I am thinking about you and your family - ALL of your family - and wishing you strength and healing.
