Hi ladies-
I'm looking for a good baby book- one that let's you add in enough details, memories and photos without being totally cheesy or overwhelming. Please recommend any that you've picked up for your soon to be baby or used with previous children. Thanks!

To my angels- I held you every second of your lives and I'll love you every second of mine.
Re: Recommendations for good Baby Memory Book?
I've been struggling with this one all week. Ultrasound pictures and congrats cards are racking up and I have no place to put them. Scrapbooking seems like a nice idea...but no time for that, and no patience!
Typically my family has always been big Hallmark buyers when it comes to baby albums. I went there Monday and HATED what they had. Totally cheesey themes.
I asked this question a few days ago and people highly reccommended Ruby Love on etsy. They are pricey albums but look to be pretty nice as far as content and they are more modern than your babyish theme books.
I haven't taken the plunge to buy one yet...but I've been scoping everywhere I can think of out and these are still the top of the list for me.
I bought this one:
https://www.amazon.com/CR-Gibson-Memory-Record-Leather/dp/B002CJLV0K/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1313010575&sr=8-3
I like that it's a classic style and has prompts for all of the major milestones. There isn't a ton of room for pictures, but I intend to print a photo book each year with the pictures for the previous year as well.
At my sister's suggestion, I also purchased one of these calendars:
https://www.amazon.com/Carters-First-Year-Calendar-Laguna/dp/B0034G5VC4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1313010642&sr=8-1
It's nice to be able to write little quips on random days to say what she's doing, and it's a little easier to maintain than a traditional baby book.

My BFP Chart
I have this one in blue for DS and pink for DD. I also have them in the matching keepsake boxes. I love this book. It keeps track of everything, and the keepsake box is great for storing their first pair of shoes, hospital wristbands, and other small objects that I want them to have when they get older. I liked it so much with DD that I bought it again 2.5 years later when I had my son.

Hallmark had a lot of cute stuff.
I got a very simple Classic Pooh book from Burlington Coat Factory - with a coupon it was only about $20 after tax. It is very nice on the outside and gender neutral. This link shows the the pages inside:

I considered a book from the etsy seller ednamae bc her stuff looks beautiful but decided I needed to stay within a budget.
