I feel really guilty because I haven't worked out in a while because I either didn't feel well or was too tired but I think a lot of it was fear especially since we are having twins ... I am starting to feel better and starting to get my energy back so yesterday I played wiffleball with my son which in 90 degree weather and shagging 100's of wiffle balls was wuite the work out with the nice baby bump I am sporting ... I am hoping to get back into the swing of things soon ... but I still feel guilty for not putting any effort into exercise yet!!

I finally felt good enough today to manage a short amount of time on the elliptical. First time on it since May. That sure felt good.
Any music source is a must for me!
15 min elliptical, 15 min walk, 10 minutes lifting arms. Today's workout was soooooo hard to get through. I just didn't have any energy this morning.
my ipod & sportscenter at the gym. both help the time pass.
