**Charlotte Update**
I talked to Cheryl, let her know Facebook was being stupid and to text me if she needed anything. Apparantly the doctors called up at 6:40 (their time) and said Charlotte had been bumped up, and they'd be up in 20 minutes for her. Surgery is going to be at least 6-10 hours, but could be longer. Everyone keep the prayers going!

FWIW, of course I hope that everything goes well because I would never wish anything bad on a sweet innocent baby.
It was unnecessary to say that I'm glad some people can pray for her? I'm sorry, was I supposed to say? "I hope nobody prays for her, people suck?" WTF. Glad you can turn a good post into something negative. Good ol' fashion of TB.
Um, well maybe she wouldn't have said anything like SOME people if y'all would have showed some sort of support. She posted it over here because she thought people would care.. but by lack of posts.. obviously not. Yeah GO BACK TO FB- where we DO care!
I will GLADLY stay on FB, where they have raised almost $1,000 for Charlotte, blown up their status' with prayers and love, changed their profile pics to signs of "Get Well Charlotte," are compiling a DVD and photo book, and are wearing pink and red in her honor today.
My Blog - Our Story So Far...
I'm disappointed that this is the kind of response that this post prompted. I haven't been back here or on the due drops fb page for a while, but was looking for some kind of Charlotte update on here and I'm kind of shocked. Cheryl is in a very desperate situation today and would not appreciate any kind of drama supred on by Charlotte's surgery. There's a definite possibility that she won't make it out of this today, and we will all feel like total asshats if petty sh*t like this is what takes all the attention.

Well, for those of us who were removed from the facebook page for whatever reason, we haven't had much knowledge of what's going on, then she shows up out of the blue to ask for something. Maybe people haven't responded because it's not as active over here. There was no need to throw in the snarky some thing is all I was saying.
Can we please all remember that today is about Charlotte, not this TBvsFB thing we have going on? I really don't want Cheryl coming over here and seeing this post like this. She's going through enough as it is. They both need all the positive thoughts we can give them.
I know, things were said that shouldn't have been said, and I know this is really dumb for me to say, but, for today, can we just all get along for Charlotte and Cheryl?

I am praying for you and your precious baby. I thank God for giving you this precious baby girl who has brought so much joy to you, your husband and her big sisters. I pray that God will guide the hands of the surgeons and bring healing and restoration to Charlotte's body. He said by His stripes we are healed. I don't know why you have to go through this, but please know you are not going through it alone. There is a huge community of people praying for you all across the country, spreading your story across the world. I pray that the Spirit of God will comfort you during this stressful time and that the report will be a positive one. Much, much love. B+C
FWIW, SHE didn't ask for anything. Others have been coming over and asking for thoughts and prayers for them, because we thought that other April moms might understand her pain and want to send good vibes her way. She rarely posts on FB, let alone to have time to go 2 places to update. I said some because there are only some people that care, or that are willing to send T&P's her way. This post was supposed to be about positive thoughts to them, from anyone and everyone who can spare a prayer. Not about FB vs TB vs You vs Me. It's about Cheryl and Charlotte's family.

UPDATE**** - "They are still working on her.... first update: They are removing her appendix, they think the mass is a foregut duplication cyst. It is the size of a fist and has attached itself to vital organs. They have drained it and are scraping some of the inside out and testing the fluid to be sure of its composition. They most likely cannot remove it but they may be able to bypass it and send all of its fluid into the bowel which may stop the obstruction it is causing in her small intestine.... more updates to follow...."
