  • We have p90x and we love it. We go in spurts of doing it consistently, but even to have the dvd's to pull out on a rainy day or to supplement with during training (which I'm doing now that I'm training for a 1/2), they are great. There is a wide range of work outs that you get in the set including high impact, strength and an intense 90 minute yoga video. They also have an amazing hour long stretching video that just feels soooo good. :)

  • I'm new here, but I wanted to pop in to say that I ordered Hip Hop Abs about a month ago, and it's really fun! It's a Beachbody workout like P90X, but I got it on ebay for about $15. It's not only ab work, it's cardio, dance, light strength training, and some legs/thighs work too.

  • If you like 30 day shred you should really try Ripped in 30. I'm about to start week 3 (level 3).  A lot of the moves are similar (some the same) as those in 30 day shred and then there are even more that are brand new! It's the same format and still only 20 minutes so you feel familiar with it when you start! I got GREAT results from 30 day shred and am already getting results from Ripped in 30! Jillian is my lifesaver with my weight loss!
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • I like GSP Rushfit. It is similar to P90X but the DVD's are much shorter which makes me more willing to do them! The workouts fly by!

  • If you liked 30DS and want yoga, try Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown. I LOVE it. Very tough but also yoga-ish. And only 30 minutes.

  • If you have Netflix, I am always trying out new workout videos on there before I purchase.  Also, if I am bored with the one I'm using most at the time, I can always just do something different for a day to keep my motivation.
