My DD is MSPI and EBF. I am a teacher heading back to school next week. I keep a stash of snacks in my desk for myself but I am having a hard time thinking of nonperishable choices beyond Lara Bars. Help!?

Before you go, make yourself homemade snacks and freeze them.
Make rice krispies (this is soooo yummy!)
Make muffins (i love freezing them)
I make cookies in batches and freeze them all the time
"enjoy life" makes some top 8 free cookies and granola bars if you want something pre-made. Glutano cereal bars I think are soy free and you can purchase by the case on Amazon for a lot cheaper than you can buy in the store. Making the snacks yourself is a lot cheaper.

I love the Enjoy Life cookies and trail mix. Mountain Mambo is so good!
