I am ecstatic, I think it's working!!!!

Yesterday I was lucky if I was pumping 2.5oz. I started taking Fenugreek Tuesday night and I drank about 80oz of water yesterday. This morning at 3am I pumped 5oz, nursed LO at 5am and I just pumped 4oz more. I don't know if it's the Fenugreek or the water, but I don't care as long as something is working. YIPEE!!! Party!!!

    Yay! I can't guarantee that it was the fenugreek working for me either, but my production definitely went up right around the same time I started taking it. I was barely keeping up with LO's appetite and now I've got over 60 oz. in the freezer. It's so much less stressful to have a decent supply!

    Thats awesome!  I did hear that water intake has a lot to do with it... since I pump all day just to get one bottle for her I may try this!  What is fenugreek?

    It's an herbal supplement that's supposed to improve milk supply. I got it at Whole Foods.

    Thanx!  Just ordered a bottle!  will be here tomorrow.. going to bulk up on water today and tomorrow and see what happens

    yes trust me water and Fenugreek together does the trick!!! But it did take 7-10 days for me to see results.  Most people see results on 3 days though.
