just noticed, the board isn't as lively

Since I haven't been on in forever I didn't know about the AE problems and things of that sort. I just noticed that many ppl aren't posting on the board anymore .

I was wondering if ya'll have gone somewhere else, or considered it?

Just a thought.. one of my bump groups (birth month grp) created a group on facebook that we all chat through.

Yea i've noticed this too, the ladies here locally even had a get together and arranged it some where and didn't include everyone I found out on a personal page on FB.

I hardly visit this board any more because I am rarely on my laptop at home, can't get on during the day at work (anymore - I used to but I'm too busy to be able to be online) and I can't post from my phone.

I am friends with many of you on FB and if/when we have GTG's - I try to include all of the "bumpies" that I know - if I miss someone, it's inadvertent.

A few of us have moved to a private board in light of the trolling that was going on but it's not like a recreation of TB - most of us have been "together" thru planning our weddings, adjusting to married life and becoming parents - we're all bonded in a much stronger and close knit way than just a message board. We dont' usually talk about just babies - we talk about our lives.

I know we do have newcomers around and I will try to make a better effort to pop in every now and then

We did have a GTG. I posted for everyone to email me with their email addresses and screename and we set it up through email.

Well, that was the only big GTG lately-so what you heard about must have been just a local one. In that case, it must have been what Sarah mentioned.

Some ladies prefer to communicate mainly via email to one another on their phones (which is how the other board mainly works, basically) , and others still want to use this board primarily. Personally, I this format better! But that's just my opinion

Hey you! I'm not sure if you remember me or not. I bought some football tickets from you a few years back . I think it was fall of 09 that I bought them. I see that you have a 2nd LO, Congrats!! That's understandable that you all have a closer grp , so it's separate. I know I was never a regular here, but I was on other boards and I understand the closeness. If you ever feel comfortable enough to add me to anything (even just as a friend on fb) I can pm you details.

I'm glad I missed all the trolling that happened. From the looks of it, it got pretty bad huh?

And I kinda giggle when ppl talk about not being able to bump from their phone. I don't even have internet on mine :P hehe. I just use my desktop
